HeyBonds Ltd., a company registered in Israel (“Bonds”, “we”, “us” or “our”), provides an AI-powered relationship-support platform through our website https://heybonds.com (the “Site”) and our iOS & Android mobile apps (together with future features, the “Service”).
By clicking “I Agree” or by accessing or using any part of the Service, you accept these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) on behalf of yourself or any entity you represent. You consent to our access, collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as set forth in our Privacy Policy.
You must be 18 years or older to use the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards in your jurisdiction. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to update, modify, add to, or remove portions of these Terms at any time. Non-material changes will take effect immediately upon posting. If we make material changes that negatively affect your rights or increase your obligations, we will provide prior notice via the Service, email, or other reasonable means.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Personal AI Assistant for a Stronger Relationship. Developed by psychologists, Bonds uses AI to understand you, your partner and your unique dynamic, delivering practical, fun short-form videos, quizzes and bite-sized guidance that fit seamlessly into daily life (collectively, the “Content”).
The Service is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older and able to form legally binding contracts under applicable law.
You may not access or use the Service if you are a competitor or are developing a competing product or service, except with our prior written consent.
Bonds is offered in English and currently available in: United States, Canada, Costa Rica, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Australia, India, Israel, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates. If you access the Service from a jurisdiction not listed above, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
You may register via Apple, Google or email. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your credentials and must notify us immediately of unauthorized use at info@heybonds.com.
We may add, change, suspend or discontinue the Service at any time. Updates may install automatically. We are under no obligation to provide maintenance, support or any specific uptime level. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties; these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We may set storage quotas, auto-delete inactive accounts, or change limits with reasonable notice. Bonds is not liable for deletion or failure to store data. We may delete or anonymize account data after extended periods of inactivity or account closure, in accordance with our data-retention policies.

We may remove or restrict content, suspend or terminate accounts, and will notify you where required by law. To appeal, email info@heybonds.com within 30 days.
If you submit ideas, suggestions or feedback (“Feedback”), you assign to Bonds all rights in that Feedback. Bonds may use it without restriction or compensation.
Some features of the Service are offered on a paid subscription basis. All payments and subscriptions are processed exclusively through third-party app stores (Apple App Store and Google Play). All billing, refunds, cancellations, and renewals are handled by the applicable App Store under its terms and policies. Bonds does not process or store your payment information.
Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless you cancel through your App Store account before the end of the current billing period. To manage your subscription, visit your Apple or Google account settings.
Carrier data charges may apply. The iOS & Android apps include push notifications and other mobile-specific features. Apple-required terms appear in section 25.
Bonds employs artificial-intelligence models that generate relationship guidance (“AI Output”). AI Output is informational only and is not therapy or medical advice. Always consult qualified professionals. AI Output may be inaccurate, biased or offensive; use discretion. No specific results or outcomes are guaranteed.
AI Output may reflect or depend on the quality and specificity of user input. It is not a substitute for professional judgment or decision-making and should not be relied upon in high-risk scenarios.
User data is currently used for AI inference only. We may train future models on de-identified data, with notice and opt-out where required.
Your Input & Output: You retain ownership of your Input and Output. You grant Bonds a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, store, display, reproduce, modify and analyse your content to operate and improve the Service, provided such use complies with applicable data-protection laws.
Service Content & Software: The Service and all content, features, functionality, software, code, design, text, graphics, logos, and other materials are the exclusive property of Bonds or its licensors. You may access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
Open-Source Notice: Third-party open-source components and their licences are listed at https://heybonds.com/oss-licenses.
The Service may link to third-party sites or show third-party ads. Bonds is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them. The Service may embed content from third-party platforms such as Instagram using official embed tools; this content is hosted by the original platform.
You consent to receive all notices, agreements and disclosures electronically (email, in-app messages or postings). Such communications satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.
You may not use, export or re-export the Service or software except as authorized by Israel, United States and other applicable export-control laws. You represent you are not located in an embargoed country and are not on any prohibited-party list.

You will indemnify and hold harmless Bonds, its officers, directors, employees and agents from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Bonds is not a medical or psychological service. AI Output is informational only and not a substitute for professional advice. In an emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. We make no representations regarding the quality, accuracy, completeness, reliability, or usefulness of any content or AI-generated output.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bonds’ total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the total fees you paid to Bonds in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability. Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue use of the Service.
Except for claims that qualify for small-claims court, any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved by final, binding arbitration in Tel Aviv, Israel, under Israeli Arbitration Law. Class and representative actions are waived. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual-property rights.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence, including any right to bring disputes before local consumer protection bodies or courts.
These Terms are governed by Israeli law. For disputes not subject to arbitration, the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction.

Bonds is not liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, internet outages).
You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. Bonds may assign freely. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect. Claims must be filed within one (1) year of the cause of action or be forever barred. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements relating to the subject matter hereof.
We strive to respect the core principles of major privacy and consumer-protection regimes, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Canada’s PIPEDA, Brazil’s LGPD, Australia’s Privacy Act, India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), and the New Zealand Privacy Act, where applicable.
